ASSESSMENT REPORT
If requested, we will prepare a detailed report of the changes, additions or work we recommend for the property. This report can be used to make alterations on your own or we can do it for you.
STAGING
There are many levels of staging and each home is different. We work with you to customize our services to meet your needs. Here are some examples:
Working with what you have: We can utilize your existing furnishings and decorator items and simply rearrange them to create the desired effect. This can be done in a single room in as little as an hour or we can transform several rooms or an entire home in a day or two.
Adding items from our inventory: We will incorporate items from our extensive inventory to make your home shine. These items can include but are not limited to artwork, pillows, linens, plants, window coverings and small decorator pieces.
Vacant Property: Staging the most lived in areas can give buyers a vision of what the home's potential is. Most often the kitchen, dining area, living room, and master bedroom and bath are the spaces sellers/realtors choose to showcase. We will bring in quality furnishings to maximize the space and give the effect of a model home that buyers like to see.
REDESIGN
As with staging, redesign can be done on many levels. Instead of trying to please potential buyers your redesign is for you to enjoy. Many people get stuck in a design rut. They place their furnishings in one place and live with it for many years. Either they lack the time or feel they are not creative enough to make changes that are appealing. We can help! By using only your current possesions we can remove, reposition or exchange items from different rooms to create a whole new look.
If desired we can bring in items that will enhance your current decor. Consider this personal shopping for your home for much less than what an interior decorator would charge.
