Crown Court Condo Conversion Project

In February, 2006, we were asked to be part of a team that had been assembled to convert a 34 unit apartment complex to condominium units. The complex was across from the CU campus in Boulder, Colorado and the units would be marketed to both students and professors of the University.

Although the units would not change structurally, they would be given extreme facelifts, including new flooring, cabinets, hardware, and appliances. Each unit was approximately 410 sq. ft. and there were 3 basic floor plans; a studio, a studio with an office, and a one bedroom.

Our job would be to stage one of each of the floor plans in a way that would appeal to male & female, students & professors. We were asked to provide a space in each unit set aside for studying, and to make them each totally different.

We completed the staging of the models in May, and although most of the other units are still under construction, we invite you to come have a look.
